STEP1
Reservation
You can choose from telephone reservations, web reservations, and LINE reservations.
If you are in a hurry or would like to make a same-day reservation, please make a reservation by phone.

Filling in the reception/questionnaire
After arriving at the hospital, you will be shown to a private room. In order to accurately understand your concerns and health status, and use this as a reference for your treatment plan, we will first ask you to fill out a medical questionnaire.

Medical scalp diagnosis/interview
Using a microscope, we diagnose and quantify the condition of the patient's scalp based on items such as keratin mass and sensitivity.
We will also take photographs of your head and compare them at each visit.
Our experienced cosmetologists and hair diagnosticians will listen to the patient's concerns in detail based on the questionnaire.
STEP4
Examination by a specialist
A specialist examines the scalp and hair, and comprehensively assesses the patient's condition based on medical history sheets, microscope data, and photographs of the head.
We listen to the patient's needs and propose the most suitable treatment plan.
STEP5
Counseling by a beautician/hair diagnostician
Our cosmetologists and hair diagnosticians will provide you with more detailed information about the content and costs of hair treatment.
We can provide advice that only a hair stylist who has been working with hair and scalp for many years can provide, so please feel free to contact us with any concerns or questions you may have.
STEP6
Start of treatment
If you start treatment on the same day, your blood pressure will be measured and blood tests will be performed to assess your health status. We will begin treatment only after fully understanding the side effects.
Don't worry, you can only receive a medical examination and counseling on the day and consider treatment options at home.
