Here, we would like to emphasize to patients, especially those traveling from afar, that we have a strict rule: "We cannot perform same-day treatments based on a spur-of-the-moment decision to come to our clinic."

To maintain the high quality and stability of the delicate iPS cell-based drugs, they are normally stored under strict conditions in ultra-low temperature freezers at minus 80 degrees Celsius.
Once the procedure is confirmed, the medication is moved to a refrigerated environment the day before and allowed to thaw slowly over time to ensure that the ingredients are not damaged and are in the best possible condition for the day of the procedure.
While rapidly warming the medication to body temperature would shorten the melting time, this would compromise the stability of the drug, which is why we strictly adhere to a reservation-only system.

Furthermore, once thawed, medication cannot be refrozen and stored again. 
for that reason,Cancellations and date changes to your reservation must be made at least two days in advance.
Please understand and be aware that last-minute cancellations, such as those made the day before or on the day of the appointment, result in the discarding of valuable medications prepared specifically for the patient.

On the day of the procedure, the standard procedure is to first receive a medical head spa treatment from our beautician before administering the injection.

Two methods for administering scalp injections

The doctor will then precisely administer the injection to the scalp, which has been given increased blood flow.
